OBJECTIVE

To acquire a position as a Greenhand Conference Facilitator for the California FFA Association, to deliver great quality presentations to the FFA Greenhands.

INTERESTS

                    I enjoy working at our school farm with livestock animals and crops and do agriculture science research.                     I manage to take time of my schedule and get involved with the community.  I am also an Explorer at the                     Westminster Police Department where I gain skills for my future career in the law enforcement field.

WORK EXPERIENCE (Paid and Unpaid)

Westminster FFA Chapter President                                                                                               2013-2014

                     Preside over meetings according to accepted parliamentary procedure,

                     coordinate the activities of the chapter and represent the chapter in public     

                     relations.

Orange Section FFA Treasurer                                                                                                         2013-2014

                     Receive, record and deposit FFA Funds and issue receipts. Prepare and

                     submit the membership roster and dues to the National FFA Organization.

Southern Region FFA Secretary                                                                                                       2014-2015

                     Prepare and post the agenda for each region meeting. Prepare and present the minutes of each region                      meeting. Place all committee reports in the designated area. Maintain member attendance and activity                        records and issue membership cards.

Westminster Police Explorer                                                                                                             2014-Present

                      Volunteer part-time in the police department to gain first-hand knowledge of what a career in law                                 enforcement might be like. Explorers help with traffic control at public events, learn to take fingerprints,                       do all bike licensing, assist in DUI Checkpoints, and conduct roof-top surveillance of automobiles in                             parking lots. Explorers also speak with the citizens of the city to advise them of upcoming closures and                       also help find missing people.

Junior Ambassadors Government & Community Leadership Institute                                              2014-Present

                      Through innovative leadership activities, participation in community-wide events and seminars on the                         legislative process, Junior Ambassadors are city leaders who are guided by the Mayor Pro Tem Sergio                       Contreras of the City of Westminster to make a difference in their community.
